Important Note: To be considered for either of the two seeded races (Gold or Blue), the coach must submit background information on current team. Examples of acceptable information that will be considered by Seeding Committee: 2013 NCAA D-I, D-II, D-III, NAIA or NJCAA national meet team finish [with number of returners 2014 roster], 2014 Indoor or Outdoor 3k SC., 5k or 10K athlete performances, pre-season/last 2013 poll for NCAA D-I national & regional rankings, pre-season/last 2013 poll for NCAA D-II, D-III, NAIA or NJCAA national rankings.
