Entry Deadline: Team rosters are due by Monday, September 28 at www.alltraxtiming.com

Entry Requirements ***Same procedure as 2007 & 2008 races***

All entries will be submitted by going to www.alltraxtiming.com and clicking on the TEAM ENTRY (email link) under 2009 Greater Louisville Classic Meet Information section on the website. The 2009 meet information will be up on the website by August 15. If you have any questions please contact David Lawhorn.

Race Times: Men’s Race #1 @ 9:30 am

Women’s Race #1 @ 10:15 am

Men’s Race #2 @ 11:00 am

(If needed- race management will post on meet website by September 30)

Women’s Race #2 @ 11:45 am

(If needed- race management will post on meet website by September 30)

Entry Fee: $100.00 per team and $190.00 for both men and women teams. Please make checks payable to Greater Louisville Sports Commission. Teams with rosters above the 10 runners, will need to add $10 per athlete. All unattached athletes entry fee will be $15.00.

Course Men: 8,000 meters- 3 hills with over-all rolling terrain

Description: Women: 5,000 meters- 2 hills with over-all rolling terrain

Awards: T-shirts to top 25, with special awards for 1-10 finishers

Team awards to 1^st and 2^nd place teams for each race

Information release, and course maps) will be located just off the main parking lot 100m from the finish area.
