Entry Requirements     ***Same procedure as 2010 races***

All entries will be submitted by going to www.alltraxtiming.com and clicking on the TEAM ENTRY (email link) under 2011 Greater Louisville Classic Meet Information section on the website. Team rosters can be updated up to deadline. The 2011 meet information will be up on the website by August 15.

 

Race Times:                Men’s Race #1 @ 9:30 am     Women’s Race #1 @ 10:15 am

                                    Men’s Race #2 @ 10:45 am   Women’s Race #2 @ 11:30 am

                                    Men’s Race #3 @ 12:00 pm Women’s Race #3 @ 12:30 pm (If needed)

 

Entry Fee:                    $150 per team and $300 for both men and women teams. Incomplete team fee will be $30 per athlete. Teams with rosters above 10 runners, will run non-top 10 athletes in Blue or Silver races. Unattached athlete’s entry fee will be $25 and MUST be paid in advance (see online instructions on entry page). Please make checks payable to Louisville Sports Commission, One Riverfront Plaza, 401 W. Main St. Louisville, KY 40202.

 

Packet Pickup:             Packets will be available Friday Sept. 30 between 3:00 to 6:00 pm at the information station (near finish area) and race morning starting at 8:00 am at the Packet Pickup tent at the course.

 

Chips:                          IPICO transponders will be used again this year to time/score the college meet.

           

Course                         Men: 8,000 meters- 3 hills with over-all flat to slight rolling terrain

Description:                  Women: 5,000 meters- 2 hills with over-all flat to slight rolling terrain

 

Awards:                        T-shirts to top 25, with special awards for 1-10 finishers

                                    Team awards to 1st and 2nd place teams for each race

Information                   release, and course maps) will be located just off the main parking lot 100m from the finish area.
