Entry Fees Make all
checks payable to Early
Entry Fee (must be received by April 1st) $85 per
boys’ team entered, $85 per girls’ team entered Entry Fee
(deadline for payment is April 20th) $100 per
boys’ team entered, $100 per girls’ team entered For the
Friday evening events we welcome teams to enter extra individuals (more than
two per team) or relays (more than one per team) for an additional fee.
These extra athletes will not be scored. $10 per
person in individual races, $20 per relay team Awards Awards
for First, Second, and Third Overall Team Awards
for the top 8 finishers in each individual event. Awards
for the top 3 relays in each relay event. Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 for all
events Entries per
Event To ensure
a high level of competition we have added entries standards for this
year’s meet. With respect to the size of the meet please only
enter athletes that will be able to compete at this high level. All
entries must be sent using Hy-tek Team Manager or online entry. The
Hy-tek entry file will be sent at a later date via email only to coaches who
have confirmed interest in the meet. Teams are
limited to TWO entries per school. Seed times should be based on current
season performance, not lifetime best or predicted marks. When
making entry decisions please use the following as a guideline for entering
athletes. This is a very large, very competitive meet. The marks
below are based on 25th place at last year’s meet. If
your athletes are not capable of competing at this level, please do not enter
them.
An
athlete may compete in a maximum of 4 events total between Friday and
Saturday. Entry
deadline Entries
should be received by Monday April 20, 2009. Any entries received
after the deadline will be charged an additional $10 fee.
All athletes are assigned a unique competitor number. There will be a
$5 fee for athletes that are not included in the entries that need to be
assigned a competitor number on meet day. |
