THE TSSAA REGION MEET ENTRY PROCESS IS NOT COMPLICATED....DO THE FOLLOWING AND YOU ARE READY TO GO !

Step 1-- READ the TSSAA Handbook Bylaw Page (1 page) regarding Cross Country Regionals Entry & State Meet qualifying by by going to the following link on the TSSAA website: http://tssaa.org/tssaa-cross-country-regulations/

Step 2-- PRINT THE FOLLOWING FORM ---   CLICK HERE (it is a PDF file)          OR you can go to the TSSAA website page at http://tssaa.org/cross-country-forms/ ....click on the format you need and print it.

Step 3-- Fill out the form by printing / typing up to 10 names you want to enter for region meet & state meet competition eligibility.
Remember that only 7 of the 10 may actually race at the region meet; if you qualify to state, any 7 of the 10 may race the state meet.

Step 4-- A) Fax a copy to meet director: Attention: Josh Scouten -FAX (615)-321-0889 or scan & email to jscouten@usn.org
    B) Mail a copy to: Executive Director TSSAA, 3333 Lebanon Road, Hermitage,TN 37076 (or Fax to TSSAA at 615-889-0544)
The TSSAA requires all Coaches to submit a roster of their regional entry form to the state office.
    C)  Fill out the ALLTRAX TIMING online entry form below with the exact same entry names and click submit 
    D)   Save a copy for yourself.
MEET INFO---
You may enter 10 athletes....any 7 of your choice may show up to the regional starting line. If your team
qualifies to the state meet; you may still choose any 7 of the 10 entries you listed to run at the state meet

ENTRY DEADLINE - MONDAY, OCTOBER 26th - 11:59pm - $25 late fee if entry received after midnight or on Tuesday.
A $50 late fee if entry not received until Wednesday.

STATE QUALIFYING-- FOR CLASS AAA and CLASS A - AA, the Top 3 Teams advance plus any individuals that finish in the top 10. (If the top 10 finishers are all athletes on a qualifying team, then no individuals would advance). FOR DIV.2,CLASS A, the Top 4 Teams advance plus any individuals that finish in the top 10.

ENTRY FEES - $ 75 per boys team & $75 per girls team - *There is no exception in fees for just a few runners. If you have any
entry in a division, the full fee applies.
