Step #2 Each coach completing the Intent to Compete process for his/her team(s) by August 8 will be moved to Competing Team Category for the 2014 Greater Louisville Classic and receive a meet entry password to be used for step #3. The meet entry passwords will be sent on Aug.9th. A list of schools accepted into the meet will be posted on the website on Aug.10th.
Step #3 Next, each coach MUST return to the meet website (see link in Step #1), starting on August 9 (priority entry date ends on September 19) and submit team rosters. Team rosters can be updated up to the meet standard entry deadline of September 26. (Once you have received your username & password and are ready to enter athlete names - you can click on the link farther down this page) - Remember, you must pay by September 19th to avoid being bumped by a team on the "waiting list"
For teams wanting to ensure priority entry (entry fees are listed in the Update #2 letter above or the link below), starting on August 9 they can make advance payment online with a credit card or by mailing a check to the Louisville Sports Commission directly. A link to entry fee and payment information is below. Please be advised that that due to anticipated high interest in this year’s Classic, meet management will close the entry process should event capacity be reached.
As the meet approaches, you may receive helpful reminder emails regarding the entry process and the event.
