**INDIVIDUAL VARSITY OR JV RACE ENTRIES are $12 per person.** Please follow the same entry procedure listed below.**

TEAMS: Team scores require a minimum of five runners.

Schools entering the JV race Must have a Team entry in the varsity race & run a minimum of 5 athletes in

that varsity race. It is expected that all coaches will display honesty and sportsmanship in their entries.

ELIGIBLITY: 8^th graders – TN school 8^th graders may compete in any race ONLY IF the athlete is allowed under TSSAA rules.

Out of state 8^th graders may compete in any race if their own state association allows such participation.

7^th graders are not allowed to compete in the VARSITY races.

7^th graders at TN schools cannot compete in JV races; however,...other states can run 7^th graders in JV races IF their

own state association allows participation of 7^th graders with their HS teams.

SANCTIONING is requested for all states bordering Tennessee.

RESULTS: Posted after each race. Available online at www.alltraxtiming.com late on Saturday afternoon.

All entries should be made online at www.alltraxtiming.com.

Meet Entry and roster names deadline will be Midnight on Monday, September 14th.

Because chip-timing probably will be used…getting athletes names early is important in order to scan chips.

Because of chip-timing commitment costs….we must receive payment BEFORE Tuesday, Sept. 15th.

There is a $50.00 additional charge for late team entries from Tuesday, Sept 15^th at 1am thru Friday, Sept 18^th.

With chip-timing,…it will be impossible to allow late entries or additional names on Saturday – Race Day.

ENTRY FEES: Within 24 hours after entering online, you will receive a confirmation email that will provide

your entry fee amount and a link to a payment page where credit card payment is accepted. Entry fees not refundable

Payments BEFORE Sept. 10^th may take a $5 discount off a varsity team entry and $5 off a JV team entry.

DIRECTIONS: The Steeplechase Course is located on Old Hickory Boulevard South of Nashville.

Exit I-65 South at the Brentwood-Old Hickory exit and go west 7 miles.

PARKING: Team Bus/Van parking is next to the XC course. Spectator parking is across the street from the Steeplechase.
