Entry Deadline:                        Team rosters are due by Monday, September 27 at www.alltraxtiming.com

 

Entry Requirements     ***Same procedure as 2009 races***

All entries will be submitted by going to www.alltraxtiming.com and clicking on the TEAM ENRTY (email link) under 2010 Greater Louisville Classic Meet Information section on the website. The 2010 meet information will be up on the website by August 15. If you have any questions please contact David Lawhorn.

 

Race Times:                Men’s Race #1 @ 9:30 am     Women’s Race #1 @ 10:15 am

                                    Men’s Race #2 @ 11:00 am   Women’s Race #2 @ 11:45 am

 

Entry Fee:                    $120.00 per team and $210.00 for both men and women teams. A team is considered any athlete(s) representing a college/university. Teams with rosters above 10 runners, will need to add $10 per athlete to fee. All unattached athletes entry fee will be $20.00. Please make checks payable to Greater Louisville Sports Commission.

 

Packet Pickup:             NEW for 2010: Packets (and coaches reception) will be available Friday Oct. 1 between 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the host hotel Springhill Suites-10101 Forest Green Blvd. Louisville, KY 40223 [2 ½ miles from park) and race morning starting at 8:00 am at the Packet Pickup tent at the course.

 

Chips:                          IPICO transponders will be used again this year to time/score the college meet.

           

Course                         Men: 8,000 meters- 3 hills with over-all slight rolling terrain

Description:                  Women: 5,000 meters- 2 hills with over-all slight rolling terrain

 

Awards:                        T-shirts to top 25, with special awards for 1-10 finishers

                                    Team awards to 1st and 2nd place teams for each race

 

Meet                            Race information station (box & race assignments, Top-20 lists, press          

Information                   release, and course maps) will be located just off the main parking lot 100m                                      from the finish area.
