AF BRIDGES TRAFFIC - ROAD CONSTRUCTION    - ISSUE

According to Bell Construction.....

due to replacement of a small bridge at the corner of Old Hickory Blvd. & Chickering Woods, the road will be closed at the intersection from Friday, Sept. 12th thru Sunday, Sept. 14th.

Traffic coming Westbound from Interstate 65 to the Steeplechase Course will hit the road closure. Traffic will be re-routed to go south on Hillsboro Pike, then west on Sneed Road, then north on Vaughn Road until it comes back to Old Hickory Blvd again.

It is expected this will add 20-30 minutes to the westbound drive into the course.

Traffic coming Eastbound from Highway 100 / Bellevue / Interstate 40 would be unaffected.
